The purpose of Realistic Deaths Mod 1.12 is to make Minecraft more realistic by adding special drops of organs for mobs. As a result, whenever mobs die, they will drop the part of the body and head. That sounds quite fantastic.

You also can showcase the heads of the mobs which you can either mine to get rid of it or carve into it with a Carving Knife. This will remove the block and leave you with more drops than before. This functional mod promises to leave you a greater impact when playing game.
